A ten-metre pool, and a jacuzzi facing the hills
Plenty of listings mention a pool. Few give its length. The one at Villa Rapha measures ten metres: you can actually swim it, length after length, instead of taking three strokes and turning round. It is edged by a sun deck and an outdoor shower, and positioned to catch the sun from morning until late afternoon.
The jacuzzi is not beside the pool. It sits on the private terrace of the master suite, upstairs, with an open view over the Gosier countryside and the hills beyond. That was a deliberate choice: you go up there in the evening, away from the rest of the house.

The master suite occupies 30 m² on the upper floor, with a dressing room and a bathroom with freestanding bath. Its private terrace extends the bedroom: sun deck on one side, jacuzzi on the other, and nothing in front but greenery.
The jacuzzi is serviced between every stay — a €30 fee covers water treatment and equipment checks. That is the trade-off for a tub that is ready the moment you arrive, without the unpleasant surprises this kind of amenity sometimes brings.
The two suite-apartments on the estate have their own arrangements: Suite Lagon has a jacuzzi on its 30 m² panoramic terrace, and Suite Corail a private lawned garden.

Around the pool, the property offers several places to settle rather than concentrating everyone in one spot.

The house is in the countryside rather than on the seafront, which is what accounts for the quiet and the greenery. Allow about ten minutes by car for La Datcha beach, the town of Le Gosier and its evening restaurants, and the shuttle across to Gosier islet.

Is the pool private?
Yes. It is reserved for guests of the villa, within the enclosed grounds.
Can all guests use the jacuzzi?
It sits on the master suite terrace upstairs, so within that bedroom's private space. In the six-guest configuration, the upper floor is not included.
Is the pool heated?
It is not — the water temperature needs no help in this climate, at any time of year.
Are there extra charges?
