A 260 m² villa for eight guests
Travelling to Guadeloupe as a group of eight always raises the same question: finding a house large enough that everyone has their own room, without the group drifting apart. Villa Rapha was designed for exactly that. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 260 m² of living space, and living areas that open wide onto the terrace and the pool. Everyone sleeps in their own room; everyone lives together.
The house sits in the countryside of Le Gosier, on Grande-Terre, about ten minutes from La Datcha beach and the town centre. The grounds are enclosed, with private parking inside the property — a detail that matters when eight people arrive with two hire cars.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Nobody queues in the morning, and that is probably what changes a group stay the most.
- The master suite, upstairs: 30 m² with dressing room, bathroom with freestanding bath, and a private terrace extended by a sun deck and a jacuzzi facing the countryside.
- The Alizé bedroom, on the ground floor, opening directly onto the pool.
- The Canopée bedroom, in soft greys, with a garden view and a twin-basin shower room.
- The Safran bedroom, saffron wall and linen bedding, also on the ground floor.
The three ground-floor bedrooms all face the pool, which makes the house easy with children: you can keep an eye on them from the terrace.

The villa is offered in two configurations. The six-guest option opens the three ground-floor bedrooms: it suits two families, or a group of friends who do not need the upper floor. The full villa adds the master suite and brings capacity to eight.
Pricing follows the same logic: you do not pay for square metres you are not using. The full seasonal grid is on the rates page. Expect from €2,600 per week outside high season, with a €260 cleaning fee and €30 jacuzzi servicing.
For larger groups, the estate also includes two self-contained suite-apartments rated 3 stars, each sleeping two to three people. Taking the whole estate is quoted individually — it is the option chosen by extended families and groups of around a dozen.
Shared spaces on the right scale
This is where a group stay succeeds or fails. The living room opens onto the kitchen and its stone island, with a four-stool bar where people linger in the morning. The table seats eight without anyone having to move the furniture.
Outside, the ten-metre pool is edged by a sun deck and an outdoor shower. A bioclimatic pergola shelters a second terrace lounge, and the carbet with its Moroccan seating takes over in the evening, around the fire pit. Three distinct places to be, which means some can eat late while others put children to bed.

Does the villa really sleep eight comfortably?
Yes — four bedrooms and four bathrooms across 260 m². The bathroom-per-bedroom ratio is what sets the house apart from most rentals of this capacity.
Is it suitable for children?
The three ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the pool and terrace. Let us know the children's ages when booking and we will adapt the equipment.
How far are the beaches?
About ten minutes by car to La Datcha beach and the town of Le Gosier; twelve kilometres to Pointe-à-Pitre airport. Gosier islet is reached by shuttle boat from the shore.
What are the check-in times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am. We are flexible wherever possible for direct bookings.
